Rasberry Ice Cream

Here is the best dessert you will ever make. I got this recipe from Lisa a very long time ago.

2 10 oz. bags frozen rasberries (crushed). NOTE: the bags usually come in 12 oz size.
1 cup sour cream
4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix this in a large bowl. Let the rasberries thaw and sugar dissolve while you:

mix in another bowl

6 beaten eggs (egg subsitutue if you are afraid of the real ones being raw)
1 qt cream
1 can (12 oz. size) evaporated milk

Thoroughly mix with rasberry mixture. Freeze in an ice cream freezer.

When machine stops pour into a gallon size (or a little more) plastic container.
Freeze in your freezer.
